2. Our Products
TRDZ Sports sells sports performance products, including football grip socks.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate.
Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
We reserve the right to update product information, introduce new products or discontinue products without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect orders already accepted.
3. Product Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
The total amount payable, including any applicable VAT and delivery charges, will be clearly displayed before you place your order.
Where VAT is applicable, it will be handled in accordance with UK tax requirements.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
If an obvious pricing error is identified before an order is accepted, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund any payment taken.
4. Placing an Order
To place an order, select your chosen products, add them to your basket and complete the checkout process.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information, delivery address and order details are accurate.
After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email.
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.
A contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unavailable products.

We accept secure online payments through Stripe.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Payment card information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its security and privacy procedures.
We do not store customers’ full payment card details on our website.
6. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We aim to keep stock information accurate, but occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we will contact you to arrange an alternative where appropriate or provide a refund for the unavailable item.
7. Delivery and Postage
We deliver to the destinations shown as available during checkout.
Delivery charges, available delivery services and estimated delivery times will be displayed before an order is submitted.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales stated on our website.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific date has been agreed.

Responsibility for the goods normally passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession of them.
8. Cancellation Rights
For most online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within that period.

You may inspect the products as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a shop.
We may make a lawful deduction from your refund if the goods have lost value because of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For hygiene reasons, we ask that grip socks are returned unworn and in their original packaging where possible.
Where goods are supplied with a genuine hygiene-protection seal, and that seal is broken after delivery, the statutory cancellation exception may apply.
Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation rights.
9. Returns and Refunds
Our full returns procedure is explained in our separate Refund and Returns Policy, available on our website.
For valid cancellations, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and any original standard delivery charges required by law.
We may withhold a refund until the returned goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made within the applicable statutory timescale, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence of their return.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for direct return postage costs where these were disclosed before purchase.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We ask customers to report faults within 28 days where possible, to help us resolve problems promptly.
This is a customer service request, not a deadline on your legal rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory protections where products are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
These may include a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods and further rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where applicable.
We will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

If you wish to exchange a product for another colour or variation, please contact us.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
We may ask you to return the original product and place a new order.
This does not affect your statutory cancellation or consumer rights.

We reserve the right to restrict accounts involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity, where legally permitted.

The TRDZ Sports name, logos, branding, website content and product photography are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where relevant rights subsist.

You must not reproduce or commercially exploit our branding or website content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Our products are sold primarily for personal consumer use. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
