At TRDZ Sports, we want your shopping experience to be simple and straightforward. This policy explains how we handle deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges.

1. Delivery Information
UK Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses supported by our checkout system.
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order. Any applicable postage and packaging charges will be included in your order total.
Delivery Costs: Displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times: Estimated dispatch and delivery times will be displayed before purchase where available. You may also receive delivery information in your order confirmation or dispatch notification.
We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Some products may need to be obtained from our supplier before dispatch, which may affect delivery times.
Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
If we cannot meet an agreed delivery date, we will contact you where possible. Your legal rights regarding delayed or failed deliveries remain unaffected.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase.

2. Returns & Cancellations
Changed Your Mind?
If you purchase grip socks online, you normally have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel. If your order arrives in multiple deliveries, this period normally runs from receipt of the final item.
Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To exercise your cancellation rights, email accounts@trdzsports.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can also use the cancellation form at the bottom of this policy.
We ask that returned socks are unworn and in their original packaging wherever possible.
You are entitled to inspect goods as you would in a physical shop. If you handle the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value.
Where goods have been supplied with a genuine hygiene-protection seal and that seal has been broken, a legal exception to cancellation rights may apply.
Opening ordinary product packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation rights.
These cancellation rights are separate from your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can still exercise your applicable cancellation rights and return the goods in accordance with this policy.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at accounts@trdzsports.com.
We ask customers to report problems within 28 days where possible so that we can resolve them promptly.
This is a request, not a legal deadline.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory rights when goods are faulty or do not meet the required standards.
These include a 30-day short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods for a refund, along with rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in appropriate circumstances after that period.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
If we have supplied faulty or incorrect goods, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where required by law.
4. Return Postage
Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns made because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this was disclosed to you before purchase.
We recommend using a postal service that provides proof of posting.
You are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are appropriately packaged.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, TRDZ Sports will cover reasonable return postage costs where required by law.
Please email us before returning an item so we can identify your order and provide any necessary instructions.
You do not need our prior approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights.
5. Refunds
Refunds for Change-of-Mind Cancellations
Where you validly cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund:
- The price paid for the cancelled goods.
- The original standard delivery charge, where required by law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost.
We will issue refunds using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a refund fee.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
Refunds will be made within the applicable legal timescales, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence of their return.
If you cancel before the goods are dispatched, we will refund you within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation.
Refunds for Faulty Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, refunds and other remedies will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where you are legally entitled to a full refund, we will not make an unlawful deduction for use or handling.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour?
Please contact accounts@trdzsports.com to discuss an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We may ask you to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement size or colour.
Any exchange arrangements offered by TRDZ Sports are additional to your statutory consumer rights.
7. How to Request a Return
To help us process your return efficiently:
- Email accounts@trdzsports.com.
- Include your order number and explain whether you wish to cancel, request an exchange or report a fault.
- Where appropriate, we will provide any additional return instructions.
- Package the goods securely and send them to the returns address below.

Please include your order number or a note identifying your order inside the parcel where possible.
You may exercise your statutory cancellation rights by notifying us within the applicable cancellation period. Prior approval is not required.

You are not required to use this form. A clear cancellation request sent by email is also acceptable.

9. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with your statutory rights, those statutory rights will take precedence.
