This policy explains how to return products, request a refund or report a problem with your purchase.
1. Returns and Cancellations
If you purchase products from our website, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the products back.

We recommend that returned products are:

Unworn and unused, apart from reasonable inspection or trying on.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop.
2. Hygiene and Worn Socks
For hygiene reasons, please avoid wearing or washing grip socks if you intend to return them.
Where products have been supplied in sealed packaging specifically for health or hygiene protection, and that seal has been broken after delivery, the statutory cancellation right may not apply.
Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation rights.
These conditions do not affect your legal rights if products are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your TRDZ Grip Socks arrive damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
These include a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, with further rights to repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
Where a return is required because of a confirmed fault or our mistake, TRDZ Sports will cover reasonable return postage costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them and process any refund due.
For a valid cancellation, refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Where required by law, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for premium delivery services may not be refunded.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like a different colour, please contact us to discuss availability.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
Any exchange arrangements are additional to your statutory consumer rights.
6. Sale and Discounted Products
Products purchased during promotions or sales are subject to the same statutory cancellation and consumer rights as full-price products.
Any refund due will be based on the amount actually paid.
7. Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for direct return postage costs, provided these costs were disclosed before purchase.
For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, TRDZ Sports will cover reasonable return costs where legally required.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning products.

10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
